James Francis Faber, World War Two Ephemera including Four Vols Howitzer

James Francis Faber, (B. Lodi, CA 1913 - D. France, 1944). World War Two Ephemera that belonged two and covered his actions, including four volumes, West Point's year book, The Howitzer, 1934 - 1937; various citations for valour, D-Day brass and metal cricket, made by Valledieu, shot glass, pins, 331 Combat volume, "See It Through," and a single garter. Faber rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and died in action, in France, on July 10, 1944. Also includes the citation for the Purple Heart faber received, but not the medal, itself.

Surface wear, scratches, flaking to frame; all clippings toned and brittle. Please ask the Furniture and Decorations department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
