HONDA SYORYU (Japanese, born 1951), Woven Basket, bamboo and rattan, (approximate dimensions - overall: 10-3/4 H x 14 W x 11 D inches), signed. Condition: Surface dust throughout and handling wear. Ask Fine Arts Department for additional photos. Notes: This lot includes three books: artist's booklet/bio from Tai Modern; "The Next Generation" from the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco 2007; and "Masters of Bamboo" by Melissa M. Rinne, Asian Art Museum of San Francisco 2007; a photocopy of an invoice from Tai Gallery Textile Art and CV.
