Hans Wegner Oak and Rattan Sideboard, model RY-26, the oak frame on H leg frames, the rattan covered sliding doors revealing: the right side compartment, two sliding shallow drawers, a single shelf to central compartment, to the left side, two shelves. Stamped indistinctly to back. Circa 1960-1965.

Hans Wegner (Danish, 1914-2007). This unit first made in the late 1950s for Ry Møbler.

Mostly surface wear: nicks, surface scratches, scuffs, top with small chip to back edge, water rings and stains, dark spots, fading, inconsistency to finish. Back right edge with rubbing, roughness, doors with some marks, stains, color variation to rattan weave. Please contact the Furniture and Decorative Arts Department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
