George II Style Oak and Burl Walnut High Chest, the oak case over four bun feet, the upper body with two shallow and three drawers of ascending depth over the lower section, possibly made from parts of a blanket chest. Drawer fronts and trim with burl walnut veneers. Some Victorian parts rebuilt into the current structure.

Some signs of wear and use, including several hairline cracks, small chips and nicks primarily to edges, minor lifting, craquelure, fissures, scratches, dark marks, repairs. Some pieces of trim appear to be replaced, lifting, back edges with losses, drawer interiors with splits and seam gaps, side seams with rubbing, drawer front with tape residue, hardware with patina.
