Ferdinand Barbedienne Gothic Revival Clock Garniture, gilt bronze rectangular clock on four legs terminating in monopedia, the central body with blue enamel band champleve with flowers, under a two handled vase, with two light candelabra on stands to the sides. Engraved F. BARBEDIENNE to side, the clock works engraved LEFEBVRE ET FILS PARIS 4768.
With pendulum, key.
{Approximate dimensions: Clock 12 3/4" high x 12 1/4" wide x 6 7/8" deep, candelabrum 13 1/2" high x 8 5/16" wide x 4 5/8" diameter.}.
Wear includes surface scratches, minuscule nicks, minor craquelure, pitting, patina, rubbing primarily to bowl and candle cup interiors. Small losses to mosaic inlay on labra. One candelabrum leaning slightly, the other with loss to chain embellishments and attaching links.
