Empire Style Gilt and Patinated Bronze Clock Garniture, Belle Epoque period, comprising a mantel clock topped by the figure of Cupid in a Chariot, over the inset vasiform clock body, with swans holding swagged garlands in their beaks, on a stepped oval base with three turned feet. A pair of four light candelabra en suite. Clock with enamel face, painted with Roman numerals on the hour and Arabic numerals on the quarter hour. Twin movement, striking bell. Marked to back of clock: MADE N FRANCE A.1 in oval, clock number 10380. Circa 1885 - 1900.

Functionality of clock not tested. Pendulum and key absent. Some wear and scratches, patination to gilt metal and bronze parts. Clock face with light hairlines. Some of the gilt metal parts lightly rough.
