Georges Dola Antique French Operatic Poster "La Damnation de Faust". Georges Dola (French, 1872-1950); the poster reads "HECTOR BERLIOZ / LA DAMNATION DE FAUST / adaptation a la scene en 5 ACTES et 10 tableaux PR RAOUL GUNSBOURG" depicting Mephistopheles with two horses. The margins with "ANC.ns Etabl.ts Herold . 131 . Ba. St. Michel Paris / Atelier G. Dola 150. BD. Montpr. sse / PARIS COSTALLAT et Cie. Editeurs. 60. Chaussee d'Antin". Circa 1893. {Approximate dimensions: Sight 54" high x 27 1/8" wide, frame 62 1/4" high x 35 1/2" wide.}. Condition: Has not been inspected outside the frame. Poster looks to be in excellent condition considering age. Crease to upper left. Minor darkening to margin and light areas.
