Circle of Edgar Degas (French, 1834 - 1917), Seated Nude, pastel on paper, mounted on stretcher bars, [approximate dimensions - overall: 18 1/2" H x 20" W],  stamped "Degas" lower left; inscription verso: "Femme apres le bain de Degas Paris, Aux Atelier May 1893." Notes: This lot is accompanied with a letter from the Brame & Lorenceau and email exchange.

Sheet shows wear especially to edges with some losses and minor tears. Sheet is fragile. Tear towards the stretcher at upper right. At verso, dirt pockets. Framed: 23 3/4" H x 25 1/4" W. Ask Fine Arts Department for additional photos.
