Large Charger with Dragon-Fish Motif from Chu Dau Ceramics, Hai Duong province in North Vietnam, before Hoian hoard. 15th Century {Diameter 14 inches}.
Provenance:
1. Collected in the early 1980s from sea wreck near river delta in Sumatra by a Chinese-Indonesian collector in Jakarta, Indonesia.
2. From collection of TAT, California since 2021.
For reference: Butterfields San Francisco, Auction Hoi An Hoard, Oct 12, 2000. Lot #762, sold for $2,850.00. Condition: Broken on the left, blackened on the right.

Provenance: From the collection of a distinguished contemporary California collector.
