Chinese Yaozhou Celadon Baluster Vase. The pear shaped vase raised on a splayed foot rising to a long cylindrical neck and flared mouth rim, decorated on the lower half of the body incised with vertical bands of floral and leafy patterns, below the geometric band at the shoulder, covered overall with a pale olive-green glaze. {Height 10 inches (25 1/2 cm)}. Provenance: Austin Hills. Condition: Crazing, surface wear. Ask the Asian Art Department for more information.
