Chinese porcelain cobalt blue glazed ewer. The squat, globular body issuing a stylized dragon form handle, the body with incised dragon among clouds reserved on the blue glaze. Interior neck glazed white, with some blue flow from the exterior. {5 3/4" high x 6 1/4" wide (14 1/2 cm x 15 1/2 cm)}.
2 cm. nick to glaze in neck interior. To base near foot, light aggregate from kiln causing surface irregularity. Surface wear and scratching to underside consistent with contact with a table top or other surface.
