Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain 'Bat with Peaches' Vase. 

The vase of baluster form with a slightly flared mouth and tapering foot, decorated in famille rose enamels on a white glazed ground. One side depicts a flowering peach tree with twisting branches bearing large ripe peaches shaded in tones of pink and red, accompanied by green leaves and small blossoms. The branches extend across the body of the vase in a naturalistic arrangement. The reverse with a small iron-red bat in flight amid scattered floral and foliate elements. The base with a six-character Yongzheng mark in underglaze blue enclosed within a double circle. {Approximate dimensions: tallest height 16 inches}. 

Condition

Minor surface wear and light marks consistent with handling.
