Chinese Bronze ‘Fu’ Form Incense Burner on Stand. A square-form bronze incense burner modeled after the traditional fu vessel, rising from a waisted foot pierced on each side, the exterior decorated with scrolling geometric patterns in low relief. Each side is flanked by stylized loop handles, and the surface shows varied patination in green and brown tones. The vessel rests on a fitted wooden stand. {Approximate dimensions - bronze with stand: 6 3/4 H x 11 7/8 W x 10 D inches}.
