Chinese Blue and Red Glazed Bat Bowl. Thinly potted on a raised foot, the exterior decorated with lucky clouds patterns in underglaze blue enclosing five iron-red bats surrounding the surface, the interior painted with a further iron red bat within the central lucky cloud roundel, the base bearing Guangxu four character mark. {3 high x 6 5/8 inches diameter (7 1/2 x 17 cm)}. Condition: Ask the Asian Art Department for more information.
