Bayer Porzellankunst Portrait Plate, Cornelia Vetterlein.  Portrait to center after Joseph Karl Stieler's (German, 1781-1858) painting in the "Gallery of Beauties" gathered by King Ludwig I of Bavaria, gilt and black enamel foliate motif to rim.  The underside with gilt lettering "CORNELIA VETTERLEIN AUS DER SCHONHEITEN GALERIE DER RESIDENZ MUNCHEN / BAYER PORZELLANKUNST MUNCHEN - NYMPHENBG.".  {Approximate dimensions:  10 3/4" diameter.}.
