Featuring fifty-three old European-cut and old single-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 4.20 cttw., accented by one square-cut sapphire and one square-cut blue glass, set in a platinum filigree mounting measuring approximately 25 x 49 mm, completed by a white gold pin stem. {Gross Weight: 8.2 dwts} Note: Pin stem loose.
