Featuring one oval-cut sapphire weighing approximately 2.00 cts., accented by one old European-cut diamond weighing approximately 1.30 ct., further enhanced by twenty-one old European-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.15 cttw., set in a platinum filigree mounting measuring approximately 21 x 45 mm, completed by an 18k yellow gold pin stem and catch. {Gross Weight: 5.0 dwts} Note: Back of brooch has Tiffany & Co. platinum plaque.
