Anglo Chinese Mahogany Campaign Desk and Chest with ebonized frame, designed in two parts, each with gilt brass side handles. The top section with fall front revealing pigeon holes and shallow drawers, and central recessed prospect door, the writing surface inset with gilt tooled green leather, over two short drawers. The lower section with two long drawers over two short legs revealing front paw feet, and two rear bowed legs. Gilt brass handles to all drawers.

Wear includes hairline crack to top, wraps around side of front corner, scratches, some deep scratches, small chips and nicks primarily to edges, dark marks, finish losses, ink stains to interior inkwell and pen tray, hardware with surface scratches, patina.
