American Sterling Silver Cigarette Case Inscribed from William Randolph Hearst, the rectangular case opening to patterned vermeil interior, inscribed "FROM WILLIAM R. HEARST JULY 25 1917," to interior, exterior monogrammed in script W C G to exterior. Stamp impressed to upper edge of right side, "STERLING 7605," Unger Brothers Silver Co. initials mark.
