After Max Arthur Waagen "Time Is Money" Figural Clock. Arthur Waagen (1833-1898). Patinated and painted spelter Orientalist Bust of an Ottoman Gypsy Woman, with coin tiara and lapels, inset with a French enamel and brass eight-day time and strike clock. Facsimile signature to base.
