After Antoine-Louis Barye (French, 1795 - 1875), "Bull on the Defensive", bronze; [approximate dimensions - overall, not including marble base: 7" H x 10 3/8" W x 3 7/8" D]; signed on base "BARYE"; "F. Barbedienne Foundry" along right side.
Condition
Bronze has weight, overall minor surface dust and dirt, some discoloration and minor losses in central area and scratch on front right leg of figure. Ask Fine Art Department for additional photos.
